Hi,

I have Star Ruler 2 plus the DLC.

There 2 options in the graphics set up that I have not come across before one is the option for Skybox Stars and the other is for God Rays.

Could someone please explain to me what they do and if used will they have any significant performance impact..

God Rays = lens flare and is does have a very small performance impact but you only see it if you zoom in

I know what skybox stars means but not how the game term is used sorry

Thank you for the reply, I wonder why they didn't just call it lens flare I think most people know what that means.
I also found out what skybox stars means on the internet but, can't figure out how it works in the game either, the game graphics seem the same whether it's on or off.
