hey, it seems GOG is at fault, actually we don't have access to all patches and fixes from what I see.
This is an anti-climatic behavior that I won't left unpunished so I sadly asked GOG for a refund and will buy SR again somewhere else where we can have the updates :/

Well, they updated it, and the bug seems to be fixed.
