Devs posted an update on their blog with all terms of the agreement. (I can't post the link here)

Really glad that they got to an amicable agreement. The previous games are back on sale on GOG, both sides will continue to develop their current games, and looks like they are even going to help each other.

I wonder if $3.99 is going to be the normal price for the games or is that some kind special for coming back?

Isn't Star Control 2 freeware? Would that be why it's 3.99, because you're only buying the first game?
