As written in the title, i can't for the life of me turn on the captions, every time i leave the settings they just turn off, does anyone know of any solution?

Are you using a subtitles mod like InGameCC? That does not mix well with ZRP 1.07 unless you have a version that is made compatible with ZRP. Here's info on one version by MrSeyker.

If that is not the case, please post more information: What kind of subtitles/captions are you talking about? What settings you are trying to change and where do you see them? Are you using any other mods besides ZRP?
