How to turn on subtitles? In game menu nothing, in settings exe nothing...

I want to ask the same question. I find the english voices with heavy russian accent ridiculous so I tried to switch the entire game to Russian. Problem is that I cant understand or read anything. Is there a way to play the game in Russian with english subtitles enabled?

Hey guys
There's a small mod you can use that will switch the English dubs to Russian. All it takes is a quick extract to your GameDate folder.
Check Mod Nexus for 'Russian Audio Dialogue Mod (1.0)'
