Maybe lower graphics settings, especially the resolution.
If you have an older version of Windows you also need a lot of system memory.
Your graphics card?
Your operating system (eg Windows 2000)?
Your system memory?
IF you are using integrated graphics (not a card), how much RAM allocated to graphics? This is usually set in BIOS/UEFI.
