How do you install the GSC server patch?

you should have a .exe once it's unloaded you click that and it self installs. Most patches of the 3 games are packaged this way or use a mod manager to install. though i always install patches with their .exe

I'm surprised that GOG hasn't already updated this. if needs a patch
