Where are the patch notes?

GOG installed this patch a few days ago. But there is nothing to find according this patch. Even the STALKER homepage doesn't show this patch...

Today on 3/18/25 GSC released update 3.1 on steam. Perhaps this will be updated later on.

I thought the industry learned something of the ridiculous patch sizes (for the time) of Witcher 2, but I guess not...
