i've been trying to fix this "a crash by bugtrap has been detected" for shadow of chernobyl, it gives me this error

That said, I would try to verify/repair the game files or reinstall it.

The graphics card is really old (a geforce 9400 GT) and I'm on windows 7 directx11 is also supported

It would help to know how much of the game loaded when you encountered the error. Did you get to the main menu? Were you trying to start a new game? Or load a save?

The "CLocatorAPI" errors have to do with failures loading game resources. One cause of errors here are thumbnails created by the OS for the folders searched by the game, thumbnails that end in .db which the game tries to load. If you have any thumbnails for images in the game's folders, rename them (e.g., use an underscore instead of the period) or move them to another folder to keep the game from trying to interpret them as resources.
