How can I overcome the glitch where NPC doors get stuck closed in Shadows of Chernobyl?

Playing Shadow of Chernobyl I just completed the measurement quest with Kruglow and on the return to Sakharov's bunker the door is stuck. Kurglow NPC just walks to the door then starts glitching out unable to enter the closed door. I tried to leave the area and come back without any success. Any ideas? Otherwise this might be a game breaking bug for me.

Earlier the Cardon (?, intro area) trader door got stuck but I could run into it or mess around somehow and got it opened.

Use the Zone Reclamation Project mod (ZRP in short) - it fixes many bugs and annoyances of the vanilla game without changing the gameplay (it also has some gameplay modifications, but you have to turn them on). It patches broken scripts for doors and even includes the debug menu, which can fix already broken doors, among other things.

Thank you; I also discovered shooting the stuck door make it moved with shots capable of opening door.
