Greetings ladies and gentelmen!

Could someone help me to make a decision about buy a STALKER series which is on sale? I really like these games and want to buy them, but I don't know if I should buy them now or wait for some bigger sale which maybe will have low price.
So, what do you think should I do?

This is how I decide if I should buy a game. I ask myself one question: "will I play it now or very soon?" If the answer is yes, I buy it.

I bought it quick, even though I already had the steam version of SoC and CoP, I lost my internet in late 2011, and just got it back, and in that time I wasn't able to play SoC due to the fact that I had issues with the install being corrupted, yet couldn't do a damn thing about it! Now that I bought it here I can install/reinstall DL/Re-DL via a laptop using a public wifi connection, whereas with steam I'm locked to that piece-of shit prog...

But yeah, @ 22 bucks for the entire saga you'd be a fool to pass it up, just don't buy it from steam as you'll be fucked if you get hacked, lose login or your internet connection!

Well, the additional cd keys MIGHT be added to the data base in the future, so make sure to keep a note of it just in case! :)

Well, I found awebsite in spanish which tells you how to locate your serial key, at least for SoC. So, even if you require further investigation, this is a proof it might be doable :)

A rough translation, would you be interested, is that if you have installed and run at least once your steam copy, you can find the serial over the following registry key:

“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\GSC Game World\STALKER-SHOC”
