just started playing Stalker SOC for the first time in may years

I downloaded Oblivion Lost 2.5 which has English translation and extracted the files

I used the configurator but most of the Readme is in Russian so i've no idea how to get Oblivion Lost working

can someone give real a real basic explanation - written for a really dumb-guy...

thanks for this - i downloaded and began playing the game but there's a problem with save games - it seems to let me save but when i go to the 'load' screen my saves don't show up - any ideas?

and when i load 'last save' it loads but i can't move and health and ammo are zero - i think that's because eacch time i'd died though...
