Just an FYI for those who don't know about it. I usually let Windows handle the drivers but I'm getting much better framerates now. Unfortunately the game still does not feel smooth unless it's at 100 fps or higher though. Still needs some optimization I guess.

If by "not feeling smooth" you mean the controls feel a bit sluggish, try enabling Nvidia Reflex (if you have it available, and haven't done that already).

Otherwise, maybe try lowering some of your settings?
The game doesn't need everything set to Epic for it to look good/acceptable.

I thought I had recently updated my nVidia drivers, but turns out it was two months ago. I was getting all kinds of micro stutter with STALKER 2 and no other game. Updated the drivers and poof! Running smooth as silk at 4K epic settings.
