So i entered Pripyat with only like 130 R cause i figured there would be a vendor i could sell too, like the other two zones. and having finished the book store mission its asking me to go back to Zaton. if there are no merchants or traders in Pripyat am I soft locked? or can i make money some how in Pripyat?

yes you should come back and take more ammo or raise weapons from the dead I took a lot with me on this mission more here
