How can i change the game in German?
if I change the settings.exe, language in the game still in English.

There should be two solutions to this issue that you can find here ;) (it was for the french language, but it should be the same for german language)
Solution 1 : Modifying windows registry
Solution 2 : Modify folders
The two solutions worked perfectly for me so choose the one you prefer (and the two are easy to handle).

I could change the language to german with the settings.exe and have the game in german now. Even the voice is for the most part in german. Some things are still in english though.

Can't this be normal ? Unfortunately, I haven't played enough in french to say if it's normal or not, so I'm afraid I won't be able to help more :/

The support have created a patch for several months but they have still not emerged.
