Hi there,
maybe I am a bit stupid, but I am stuck inside the traders room. Its door is locked?!
He gave me the first mission, but all i can do is open the box and a locker on the side.

Do I miss something obvious?

Have you tried talking to the trader again? Use the F key to talk to NPC's and use F to open doors.

correct, you need to chat and get your first mission from him, then the door "unlocks"

I didn't realize I have to accept the missions by clicking the text in the lower window("my answers")

That's kind of russian UI, isn't it?
