Did you install any mods?
Have you tried reinstalling the game?
Well, I don't have CS but I think the fsgame.ltx file is the same or similar.

Go to your CS install folder and open fsgame.ltx in a text editor. One of the lines, usually the first, begins with $app_data_root$= and is followed by a couple of true/false values, then a drive letter and a path to your user data folder, each item separated from the next by a vertical bar character ( | ).

This drive and path value is not valid for your PC and operating system. Change it to something that you know you can save files in. Here's an example that should work for Windows 7 through Windows 10:

$app_data_root$ = true| false| C:\|Users\Public\Documents\STALKER-STCS\

After changing the path (and maybe the drive letter), save that fsgame.ltx file. If you have trouble saving it, copy it to your desktop and edit it there, then copy it back.

You might need to create that user folder (here, STALKER-STCS in C:\Users\Public\Documents\ ) before playing the game.

Also try disabling "Game DVR" in the XBOX app like I wrote in the other thread, this might fix it.
