I am not sure why, but despite having downloaded the english version of the game, and setting the game to run in english it still display all text in russian

Also attempted to delete the config file of the game, nothing

Even reneme the extracted files in gamedata for rus to eng, still nothing

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Unfortunately no, it wasn't enough

After manually removing all extracted folder i found out the problem was the default configuration file that come when extracting the archives for modding

Deleting every loose file inside configs but "system" solved the issue
