Hello,

after travelling to Jupiter the first time I just can't speak or interact with Nitro the mechanic (there just won't show up the 'F'-button).
When coming to Jupiter Station the first time there's a short cutscene shown with Pilot. After the cutscene Nitro remains standing in the station's main hall, he doesn't move to his room where he usually sits.
I tried travelling back to Zaton and then again to Jupiter, travelling around a bit, loading and saving, restarting the game... but Nitro just won't move nor I can talk to him... :(

Anyone had the same bug or knows a solution?

I've had the same bug before with the disc version. I think it was something to do with travelling and there being an emission. Can't remember the solution right now though, but I'll have a think on it in the next couple of hours!

No, haven't started this quest yet. I'm just in the beginning in Jupiter, wanted to do some side-quest first.
Also loaded an older savegame to be sure that no emission or something happens during travelling to Jupiter. But also Nitro just keeps standing after the cutscene...

I cannot for the life of me remember what the deal was - been a long time since I last played CoP.
Might be a console command though to just advance you just beyond the cutscene. Will have a further think / look around for you.

Just tried to un- and re-install the game... but yet still no change.

Isn't there any console command to open up the dialog window or to force a conversation with a character? Or any command to teleport to Jupiter? Otherwise it seems I won't be able to proceed.

thats what ive been trying to find out for you - inbetween a few other things. impretty sure I had to do a "Elder Scrolls" style mission advancement or something through the console.
