Has anyone else run into this issue, where you pick up the underpass schematics in the area around Jupiter, the cutscene play with no dialog, and you're stuck in cutscene mode?

If it matters, I do have Call of Pripyat Complete installed and running.

I was able to get around this by loading a very old save and rushing to the place where the bug happened. Whatever caused it to freeze before didn't happen this time, so now I have all the schematics before the quest. Hope that doesn't break anything else.
