Do anyone else has problems with Clear Sky freezing?
I get the ApphangB1 error all the time. Can play the game for maximum 10 minutes :(

Sound like something is overheating, I would check CPU and GPU temps.

Nopes, my temps are ok. I run pretty heavy games without temp troubles. I think maybe a good old registry cleaning fixed the problem. I'll play it some more and post here if that solved the problem. (im running it in Windows 7 btw)

I haven't played Clear Sky yet although that one's known to be the least stable one in the series. There's quite a few finds for this error on the web.

Some people seem to only experience this crash when running the game in DX10 mode. You may wanna try running the game in DX9 mode, although I don't know where you set the renderer - maybe an external setup program or the in-game options.

Well, this is kinda embarrising. After cleaning up my registry with CCleaner, i was able to play the game hitch free for 4 hours. So i think maybe that solved my problem. CCleaner found some older stalker files in my registry, and it could be that those files caused some problems.
