I bought Call Of Pripyat and downloaded it. Then as in other STALKER games in library, I saw Serial Keys in the pulldown menu. There, instead of a serial key, I just found Serial Keys Depleted text. What does it mean?

You need to request one from the GOG support:

Go here: https://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/stalker_call_of_pripyat

..from the "Problem Type" menu choose "Multiplayer Key Request" (it's the last option). Cheers!
