I am able to make it up to stopping Harmonica. But when it comes time to go to Crimea the menu doesn't appear and I'm left with a blank menu screen. This is only a recent thing that has occured and wondering how to fix this.

Happened to me today. In here https://www.gog.com/forum/spycraft/saved_the_president_but_cant_progress_any_further they tell what happens: you open the laptop, throw it before it explodes, check the messages and one is pending to be sent and asks you about that, and you send it via Finland. Just did it. It works. Awful ending :D
