Is the installer stalling at about 85% for anyone else?

Update failed, so tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this didn't work either.

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: downloading the offline installer, installing that, uninstalling it & reinstalling via Galaxy -- and/or "buying" the free DLC -- seemed to sort this.
