Steam's version was updated to Now Hiring! a week ago. I don't see how to tell from GOG's store page what the current version is, only its release date.

So are we?

I contacted the people behind this game to see when they will be updating it on GOG. It's a shame because part 2 of Now Hiring just got released on Steam, I believe.

Thanks.

Don't think I'll probably get this title. Not yet, anyway.

It really would be nice to see right on the store page what version GOG is currently stocking. As is. it's more of a grab bag.

Although you don't see the version on the store page, you can check at GOGDB (for the GOG version) and SteamDB (for the Steam version). GOG received the Now Hiring update on May 28th. And, as of today, the game is out of Early Access and is at version 1.0.1.3.

We usually release updates simultaneously but the offline client takes time to create on GOG side and that is probably why you see the delay. Please, use GOG Galaxy to update the game and you will see the updates simultaneously with Steam and other channeks.

PLEASE continue to update the offline installers in a timely manner. It's been great so far and several of us would like to continue to enjoy and recommend your game. :)

FYI - not all of us can use GOG Galaxy. Galaxy does not work on certain OS or systems, and even though those OS and systems can play your game. Others here are having current error and tech support issues with Galaxy or do not use Galaxy for personal/privacy reasons. Many also use the offline installers for backup purposes and in case an update or patch breaks their current game.

The offline installers are being created on the GOG side automatically but it takes time after we upload the builds. So, you might have 1-2 days gap between the online and the offline update. Unfortunately, we can't influence it on our side simply because this feature is an automated one.
