Can't find a changelog for this. What did it cover?

I'm curious to know about this update too.

Nothing has popped up for me & there's no patch file showing.

I wonder if it's Galaxy related as the file is very small, and a similar size to the other 'updates' my other GoG games have in the 'support' folder. These are for games that were installed first and then added to Galaxy afterwards i.e. not installed by Galaxy.

Yeah, whatever it was was probably related to how it interacted with the Galaxy client (which I don't use, so this was news to me, too). I don't think the game itself has received any updates in two or three years, and probably won't see any more going forward, either.
