I have a Surface Pro 6 and the game will not launch through the Galaxy client. The green "PLAY" button greys out momentarily but then goes back to normal with no game window launched at all.
I've tried restarting the device and verifying the files, but no luck.
I can't see it listed in the background processes either.
Any ideas?

are your drivers updated?
Also install DirectX that will help you a lot more
