I downloaded the game 2 days ago and haven't been able to open a single multiplayer game. It takes about 5 minutes "trying to join", to then showing me the "unable to join" error. I tried opening ports through the firewall, but I don't know if that's enough.

If I can't fix this problem I'm gonna ask for a refund, since the multiplayer is such a big part of RTSs. Thanks for reading.

Which mode did you test it and are your ports all open/forwarded?
