Well, i really enjoyed the soundtrack and i just had to have it.
If anybody else feels the same way, just extract the .mp3 files from your game files.
Note: I'm on XP SP3 myself and ZamFear (see post below) confirmed that Dragon Unpacker also works fine on Vista. Still don't know how/if Dragon Unpacker works on Win7.
1. Download dragon unpacker 5.2.0b.zip from filefront. Link.
2. Unzip and install dragon unpacker (Very simple GUI)
3. The .pak files with the audio tracks are in the 'pak' game folder (duh). The tracks are in the sf3.pak, sf20.pak and sf30.pak files
4. Open the .pak file(s) with dragon unpacker and extract (or play) the .mp3 files. If you want to be really, really, really careful not to mess up your game files, copy over the .pak files in question to another location on your HD and extract/play them from there.
Some of my favourites:
plain_darkened (7:05)
plain_desertworld (8:30)
elvensong_menu (2:58)
elves_and_angels (3:09)
celtic_march (2:53)
strategy_and_gameplay (2:09)
The attached pic shows a list of the audio files i've extracted.
That's it. Forwards.

For the record, Dragon Unpacker works perfectly on Vista.
