So, I attempted to get my CD key (or program, whatever it is that they send) and the file was blocked in the email...This was using a live.com email address.
I also tried my aol.com address, but never even received the email.

Anyone know what email I should use to receive the files? So long as it is free to make.

You could add the domain name gog.com to your safe sender list in your live.com account (via options -> safe and blocked senders -> safe senders )

I'll try this, hopefully it worked. Google told me that there was no way to unblock them, might be old information.

Forgot about this...>.>

I marked them as a safe sender, and they also sent it as a zip folder this time (read that zipped folders aren't blocked).

So one of those two worked.
