Game plays smooth, with no issues, that is until I try to save my game. Then it cuts to a black screen for a couple seconds before it completely crashes. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this issue. Other than leaving the game up 24/7 that is. Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you tried running the game with Admin rights. Maybe it's a write access problem.

Do you get any error message?

Issue finally resolved. I added an additional monitor to my set up (an older model) and on a whim tried it out on the secondary screen. It worked. Tried it again with just the new monitor and had the same issue. Just goes to prove, sometimes older is better!

If that isn't GOG's credo! ;-)
