You can burn to disk any game that you purchase and download through GOG.

I think you've should have update your paypal account from your bank account.
I don't think your card will be easily accepted since it's not veryfiable (at least not in belgium)
You can try to link the card to your account.
Furthermore you can burn the game , put it on usb , save it on all possible hard drives , ... .
You can even play it ^^

not sure about prepaid credit cards too, but since you already own a PayPal account, you might aswell use it to pay on gog.com. it's very easy and fast.
