Now this is a real classic in my opinion.
I fondly remember playing this during my last 2 years at the university.
It was great to build up an entire base and try turtling the whole line of enemies.
Usually after a good hour my defenses where up and running.
Wave after wave of enemies came running towards my base and none entered.
So i left it running sometimes while studying to gain the experience.
So for me it's quite nostalgic to play it again after allt his time.
The story is good , the patches did the trick providing more bindstones , less bugs , faster performance , ... . Most people say its a unique mix between RTS and RPG. Sure , but not the only one. Warcraft 3 and LOTR for exemple.
But this one stands tall above all the others i've played so far.
