I tried playing the Steam version a few days ago and couldn't get it to launch. I know that very old Gog games automatically use Dosbox etc, so does this game also have some voodoo applied that will get it to run without having to jump through hoops?

Uhmm, this game should run with little to no problems on Windows 10 as it is from 2012 only.
