The game does not start on a Intel Mac, newest OS. Bug or feature?

Yeah, it is 32-bit, which Apple stopped supporting in their OS's about 3 or 4 years ago.. I didn't think to check before buying, since since it was only a dollar on sale I'm not going to sweat about it.

Fortunately I can still use Boot Camp on my machine, so I'll just have to drop in to Windows to play or search for a C64 version I can play in an emulator.
