i am at the point where i have to get close enough to the tapeworm in order to give it the pills, but when i go to left part of the screen to try to climb down to it the screen goes to black like i fell into the pit. it tried it running it lowering the game speed in game and it didn't work. is there something that i am missing?

I'm having the same problem. Has anyone who experienced this been able to figure it out?

dommer2029: I'm having the same problem. Has anyone who experienced this been able to figure it out?
I know this answer comes absurdly late, but I think the problem occurs when you have the game in "scroll" mode. Open the "Control" menu and make sure "Scroll" is off, and then you should be able to climb down to the tapeworm without the game glitching.
