I was having graphic issues (ie everything had lines). I fixed that by changing output=overlay since then it looks fine, but runs in a small screen now: any ideas?

Try editing the dosbox config file with these settings

fullscreen=true
fulldouble=true
fullresolution=640x480
windowresolution=original

aspect=true
