This is a little confusing, looking at the page i see a installer for SPAZ 1.605 and it appears to be completely free...

The directory under 'free stuff' is here too, which includes patches.

edit: Downloaded the files and extracted them, and i get an activation key screen. So i think it's the full game, just not pre-registered.
