Sorry for asking stupid questions. That's probably because I haven't been playing the game long enough. But:

What can I achieve to win the game?

I mean, resources in the galaxy aren't unlimited and they run out sooner or later. So I have to pursue some goal from the beginning. Or the resources are somehow respawned. I have not yet calculated whether a loss-free cycle of carbon or water is possible. But I burn a lot of resources with guns.

What is the goal? To kill everyone? Or to make everyone love each other?

i would like to check Alpha 9 out, but GOG Galaxy is not available on Linux. Please make alpha 9 as regular download from GOGs-website accessible. Great game =)
