Hi, long time player. I recently fired up the game and noticed all these strange grid lines appearing all over various locations. I haven't changed any settings on my end to cause this and any changes I make know do not seem to have any affect on them.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

EDIT: I found an answer. I opened the NVIDIA control panel, went to Manage 3D settings, and turned off vertical sync.
