I know the store page says "local co-op" but I've seen plenty of games claim something and then find out they mislabeled themselves. So I just wanted to know if hotseat mode is here. :)

Yes, but it's a bit unintuitive to set up. See the official FAQ: https://www.songsofconquest.com/faq#faq-multiplayer
