I'm about 3 hours in and I can no longer load my save. It just freezes up midway through loading.

The first time it happened my AMD drivers claimed there was a driver crash.

Anyone else with this issue?

EDIT I loaded my previous save (not the autosave) and that fixed it.

I have the same problem.

Reason? The save game is corrupt in some way.
Solution? Try to load a previous save

Frictional Games is working to fix the bug to load the game.
