I JUST bought this game and installed it fresh. When I try and walk forward I get extreme stuttering. It doesn't feel like a graphics issue. I also see a flashing eithernet sign in the top left. I didn't see any settings that looked like they related to this issue and I didn't see any forum posts. Can someone hlep?

So found the fix. I read in another forum post to enable V Sync but it didn't match the description of the problem I have. Any way if you have the problem I have and you own Nvidia, open the "Nvidia Control Panel." Click "Manage 3D Settings" and if you can't find the program just click "Add" and add SoF. At the bottem of the settings Vsync is there. Turn it on.
