I Launched the game and there was a white screen for a few seconds, I could hear the intro parts playing but not see them. Then the white screen disappeared and brought me to the main menu but, I noticed the multiplayer is missing How do I fix this ?

DOH ! The multiplayer is separate from the single player. I found it through Windows start menu. When I look for servers in MP none show up. Do I need a patch ?

This is strange. Mine works, I was playing with about 10 players with no issues, but my friend also cannot see the servers. If we figure it out I'll post up a solution.

How do I get servers to appear? It's blank. The MP function works but finds no servers. I have an old backup of my original install, but I can't play MP bc I lost my original case and can't verify my key, so I bought this here.

There is no masterserver, you need to patch the game.
