Is there any other way of doing it? I have strange graphical glitches with SOF Plus.

Not that I am aware of, what glitches do you get?

This might be hard to explain but it seems to effect the fog effects of the game. Places like the subway and the snow level have these types of effects. Now the problem is that when I move around in these levels there is a trail like effect going on. Its as if the textures project themselves onto the fog and leave this well trail. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

That's an effect caused by the widescreen mod when you're in areas that have tight passages e.g. outside area in the Siberia level. I don't think there is a fix for that. It should however only happen very rarely.
