If you're having issues with your movement while seeing blinking red square icon on the top left of hud, disabling G-SYNC will solve it. Having it on bugged out my movement to the point it was unplayable. Hope this helps someone, I couldn't find anything on this elsewhere.

Have you changed it in the Nvidia Control panel too? Under Manage 3D settings, select SOF.EXE and set Monitor Technology to "Fixed Refresh".

It would seem it's only available on certain cards? I don't have that option either

I just tried this today on my W11 machine with an AMD GPU. I had stuttering with the red blinking icon (which looked like a disconnected ethernet cable).

To solve this I had to disable Radeon Enhanced Sync. Once I disabled this setting the game worked correctly.

For me , just activate this option for resolve "lag" on the game , thanx for this tips
