the two DLCs 4x and 3x(Dice) fail to download everything else does but they do not. I did pay for the "Supporter's" Edition.

I have the same problem. Hopefully, they will fix this issue. :-(
Of course, you dont need such little things, but we have paid for it...

I opened a ticket with support on May 30th. I have yet to hear anything.

Just to follow up...

Support let me know to use the Supporter pack instead of the direct die downloads. (Though I see that's "common" knowledge on the forums now.)

(They've also updated the backend links so attempting to download the die downloads just downloads a dummy file, instead of erroring out.)
