I bought today this DLC and I don't see the DLC in my DLC options.

Exact same issue here. It was even playable yesterday but now it's gone.

Workaround: Download the offline backup installer for Inner Strength (9mb, presumably just flips a flag) and install it manually.

Don't forget to manually upgrade to 1.4.25b. The DLC requires that version to run properly. Or at least that was the error I got. I downloaded the two patch files (the .bin of 3.4GB and the installer of 1MB) and ran them, and the DLC worked fine.
