there is a soundtrack on steam. Why not on GOG?

Because gog doesn't care about soundtracks unfortunately. I'm done blaming developers, this is gog's fault, they are careless/incompetent or they just don't have any concern over delivering the OST.
Many times I've contacted a dev to ask if they have any plans to bring the OST or demo to gog, and they reply they had no idea that was a possibility. I contacted Solasta devs and asked and never heard back, not much else I can do.
They put out a kickstarter OST here that you can name your price ($0) and download for free. They also went through G4F records which has a history of not releasing anything here if my memory serves me correctly.

Thats sad about the situation on GOG.
Yeah there is a communication problem with devs. They don't even answer on their official game forum.
