Screw it. I was going to initate a ticket myself to see if thhey could update it, but it just keeps sending me to a terrible chatbot that won't let me do anything, so I just requested a refund. Gonna go buy it on Steam.

My ticket is still waiting for reply. I will write here as soon as I have a reply. I really want that balance fix. If you insist to the bot, it will allow you to open a ticket. Anyway, I hate it too, I prefer a more professional way.

Three weeks, and I still waiting for support from GOG

I gave up. The Steam version is half price on Fanatical. I just got a refund and got that instead.
98 just got patched there with rollback as well.

FIVE weeks and I'm still waiting for a simple reply from GOG support. FIVE weeks. I understand why you moved to Steam, and if I don't get proper support here, I will do it too as soon as my GOG wallet depletes.

Finally I got an human reply. They excuse themselves for the delay, and they told me they passed it to the "product team" and they don't have an ETA. So I will wait a couple of months and I hope I can have it updated, or I'll ask again.
